Can I get an over-the-phone estimate, or do you have to come to my home?

We give written, and over-the-phone quotes. We encourage you to use our booking page and select the clean you need, and a quote will automatically be given. If your cleaning needs are complex, we ask that you call us to ask you specific questions so that we understand and can meet your cleaning outcome expectations. 

Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?

You and your business are important to us. We want to ensure you are completely satisfied. If the quality of the clean is not satisfactory, contact us within 24 hours, and we will make arrangements to correct the situation. If we did a 5-STAR job, please let us know by leaving an online review.

How often will you clean my home?

That’s up to you! We provide customized house cleaning services that occur weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly. We will develop a personalized cleaning plan based on your needs and desired cleaning outcome. 

Do I have to be home when you are cleaning?

Nope. Before you clean, a team member will reach out to you to confirm entry; at this time, you will provide any entry directions if you will not be in at the time of the clean. All team members have been background-checked so that you know that your home is safe with us.
