Residential Cleaning FAQs

Can I get an over-the-phone estimate, or do you have to come to my home?

We give written, and over-the-phone quotes. We encourage you to use our booking page and select the clean you need, and a quote will automatically be given. If your cleaning needs are complex, we ask that you call us to ask you specific questions so that we understand and can meet your cleaning outcome expectations.

Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?

You and your business are important to us. We want to ensure you are completely satisfied. If the quality of the clean is not satisfactory, contact us within 24 hours, and we will make arrangements to correct the situation. If we did a 5-STAR job, please let us know by leaving an online review.

How often will you clean my home?

That’s up to you! We provide customized house cleaning services that occur weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly. We will develop a personalized cleaning plan based on your needs and desired cleaning outcome.

Do I have to be home when you are cleaning?

Nope. Before you clean, a team member will reach out to you to confirm entry; at this time, you will provide any entry directions if you will not be in at the time of the clean. All team members have been background-checked so that you know that your home is safe with us

Airbnb/STR Cleaning FAQs

Why can’t I book my STR cleaning online:

STR cleanings are VERY special, and there are several questions we like to ask to ensure your guests have a 5-STAR and comfortable stay. We encourage you to give us a call or request a call to set up a consultation and unit walkthrough.

Can I get an over-the-phone estimate, or do you have to come to my home?

We give written, and over-the-phone quotes. However, STRs are special, and we prefer to complete a building walkthrough with the host. During the walkthrough, we discuss the items that need refilling, hot spots and get an overall feel of the home so that our cleaners can effectively clean on the day of the assignment.

Do I have to be there when you are cleaning?

Nope. We ask that you provide our cleaners with the check-in instructions similar to the directions you provide your guests so that they have a seamless process entering and accessing the building.

What if a guest cancels:

Life happens, and we understand. If a guest cancels, please let us know so that we can update our calendar. We also encourage hosts to share their calendars with us so that we receive cancelations immediately.

Do you provide inspections?

At this time, we do not offer inspections. However, our cleaners are required to send before and after photos. The before pictures are sent immediately after they arrive; this gives the host the time needed to submit a claim before the next guest check-in.
